Through our low cost life coaching, we support individuals to achieve their goals and perform at their full potential. Whether struggling with change, relationships, key decisions or simply feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life, coaching offers emotional and practical support, enabling clarity and structure and helping you achieve your goals. We support our clients irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, religion or ethnic origin.
About Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a talking therapy that aims to support a client in setting and achieving clear, meaningful objectives in their life. Life Coaching promotes self-awareness, looks at behavioural patterns, tackles limiting beliefs and boosts confidence. The objective of the Life Coach is not to advise or instruct, but through a process of collaboration and facilitation to help the client access their own resources, and understand their desires, blocks and strengths. The clarity achieved and the tools mastered through coaching can be carried forward and put to good use in the client’s life outside of their Life Coaching sessions.

Our adult Life Coaching service at Wilfrid’s House incurs a meaningful cost to us for each session and we are committed to being able to continue to offer affordable support, so each session costs £35.
Our partner organisations fund a number of sessions for employees who apply for the service. Please contact us to discuss a programme for your organisation.
