Workshops & Training

Our mission is to build a resilient future. We work with schools and organisations to deliver impactful workshops and mental health training, designed to enable really good pastoral support from within your organisation.

  • Foundations of Resilience

We work with schools and organisations to explore key resilience-building tools and exercises that have the power to transform people’s lives and attitudes to mental health.

  • Coping with Bereavement

Our 4-part Bereavement training enables organisations to better support members of their community who are coping with bereavement.

  • Understanding your Child or Teenager

Our child, teen and parenting workshops explore some of the difficult elements of raising children and supporting your family. From understanding the neurological changes your child is experiencing to learning tools and tips for supporting them and yourselves, these events provide an opportunity to share, learn and grow.

  • Preparing for Life as an Adult

Our young adults’ programme provides 17-24 yr olds emerging into the world with some key preparatory tools and discussions. From evaluating priorities and making big decisions to spotting signs of declining mental health and knowing where to turn, our goal is to build confidence and independence for young adults when it comes to mental wellbeing.

  • Eating Disorders

From understanding eating disorders to spotting the signs, encouraging positive body image and signposting where to find the best support, our Eating Disorders training enables pastoral staff to handle disordered eating with more confidence.

  • Bespoke

We work with industry specialists to develop pastoral workshops and training for schools, universities and organisations. Our approach is collaborative and responsive to your needs.

  • The content was highly informative and relevant, promoting high levels of pupil engagement across a range of subjects including healthy relationships, independent living, personal values, and mental health & well-being. The team consulted us throughout the process, ensuring they fully understood our requirements, and they also provided expert delivery of many of the workshops. Thank you again, your expertise has helped us to greatly improve PSHE provision in the Sixth Form.

    Henri Carradine, London Oratory School

  • "The team is hugely respected within our school culture. They are flexible, knowledgeable and most importantly so giving and kind."

George Webb, Deputy Head, Christ Church Primary School, Chelsea

  • “The communication and relationship between the school and Time to Talk is excellent and the regular meetings and feedback regarding the service means that the tweaking and adapting to the needs of the school are timely and effective. We have now built the foundations of an exciting service that will expand, change and develop over the coming years.”

Andrew Bull, Headmaster, Cardinal Newman School

  • “In terms of model, cost, value added – and impact – I think the service is dynamic, tailored, integrated, forward thinking and peerless and unlike any other service I have seen (or know of) in 3 previous outstanding schools, whether state or private.”

    Dan Wright, London Oratory School
